FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. — A Lee County judge has ruled there is not enough evidence to recall Fort Myers Beach Council Member John King, while the recall effort against Council Member Karen Woodson will continue.
The recall effort claims the two council members broke Sunshine Laws by discussing town business with developers in connection with the Seagate development, which involves two 17-story towers at the old Red Coconut RV Park site.
