A man without a contractor license is facing multiple fraud charges after authorities say he took more than $20,000 from Naples condominium owners for hurricane windows that were never installed.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office said Michael Allen Rodriguez, 29, took deposits from five condo owners between January and April 2022, claiming he would purchase and install impact windows. Instead, investigators said he kept the money and used it for personal expenses.
