SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A coach walking to raise awareness for mental health and addiction recently passed through Southwest Florida as part of a multi-state journey.
Kendall Ray Edwards said he recently walked from Florida to Washington, then to the top of Washington, down to the bottom of California, and back to Jacksonville. He said he is now walking from the southeastern point of Florida to the northeastern point of Maine.
Edwards, who is now 6 1/2 years drug-free, recently traveled from Sarasota to Naples…
