Joint venture partners Henley US, the Florida based arm of Henley Investments, and Naples based Gillette Development have announced The Halcyon Residences and Marina, a new luxury waterfront residential project planned for a nearly nine acre site in Naples. The partnership brings together Henley’s international real estate development platform and Gillette Development’s long standing focus on creating high quality living environments.
The development recently secured full entitlements, marking a key milestone ahead of its next phase of progress. An on site immersive gallery is scheduled to open in January 2026, with construction expected to begin in 2027 and completion anticipated for late 2029.
Located minutes from Fifth Avenue South and Naples’ white sand beaches, The Halcyon Residences and Marina will comprise 66 estate style homes priced from 2.995 million to 7 million.
