Russell Budd, founder of PBS Contractors in Naples, is the recipient of the 2025 Murray Hendel Civic Achievement Award, given annually for extraordinary contributions to the community by the Collier Citizens Council. This year’s ceremony was held Tuesday, Nov. 6 at Naples Hilton.
