This summer, hundreds of visitors explored the model homes of Ave Maria’s premier builders, Pulte, Lennar, CC Homes and Del Webb, during the Ave Maria Rocks Model Home Tour, an event highlighting the community’s diverse floor plans and vibrant lifestyle. Held on the first weekend of each month from June through September, guests toured more than 25 model homes, all while entering for a chance to win VIP Cutwater Live Fest™ Club tickets.
Each participating sales center welcomed visitors with exclusive giveaways, light bites and refreshments, while the Ave Maria Welcome Center amped up the atmosphere with live sets by DJs DiFlo (Hampton village resident Tom DiFlorio) and BlackOut (Maple Ridge resident Winston Thomas) and additional prize opportunities…
