Naples woman accused of impersonating victim in person to drop fraud charges against herself

NAPLES, Fla. — A 32-year-old convicted felon was arrested in Naples on Wednesday after detectives say she stole a co-worker’s credit card and then impersonated that victim in a failed attempt to have the charges dropped.

Britany Rose Cruz Lopez faces multiple charges, including theft of a credit card and false report to a law enforcement officer, following an investigation by the Naples Police Department.
