Local Couple to Open New DQ Restaurant in the Naples Community
American Dairy Queen Corporation (ADQ), an iconic leader in treats and food, today announced a new DQ restaurant with its grand opening on December 8. Conveniently located off US-41 at 4535 Tamiami Trail E, the new restaurant will be owned by husband-and-wife duo Jim and Catie Dolan.
“We’ve always loved Dairy Queen. Not just for the ice cream, but for the memories it creates,” said Jim Dolan. “We wanted to bring a quick-service restaurant to Naples that the community could enjoy year-round. With few DQ locations in the area and the ability to serve ice cream throughout the season, we’re looking forward to creating a place where neighbors, families, and friends can gather to share a meal or enjoy a treat together.”
The Dolans bring extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having operated multiple pizza restaurants in Chicago since 2011. This is their first Dairy Queen location, and they are eager to introduce the community to the brand’s signature menu items. As a family-run operation, Jim will manage the store while Catie oversees marketing.
