Chick-fil-A hatches plans for new store at busy Estero intersection

ESTERO, Fla. — Plans for a new Chick-fil-A in Estero are taking shape.

Current plans presented at the Estero Planning, Zoning & Design Board meeting show that the Chick-fil-A will be built at the former Perkins restaurant site at the Shoppes at Grande Oak.

Plans show the restaurant chain is looking to demolish the Perkins and build a 5,695-square-foot facility with a dual-lane drive-thru on the corner of Corkscrew Road and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway…
