NAPLES, FL — All Too Well Gourmet Sandwiches is preparing to open at 765 5th Ave S #793, Naples, FL 34102, with owner Mitchell Aboujamra targeting a mid- to late-January debut, he told Business Debut. The team is currently awaiting final city and health approvals, with the space already near operational readiness.
What to Expect
The fast-casual shop will focus on elevated gourmet sandwiches built on schiacciata, a thinner, crispier cousin to focaccia. Seating will be limited, with roughly 10 to 12 spots inside and another 8 to 10 outside.
Aboujamra describes the concept as simple sandwiches elevated through premium ingredients and technique. Offerings will include items such as shredded lamb, prosciutto, housemade pomegranate mustard seeds and other Mediterranean-leaning flavors.
Menu and Vision
One signature item is the shop’s take on a Chicago Italian beef, reimagined as a panini with shaved ribeye dipped briefly in au jus, pink garlic mayonnaise made with beet juice, sharp cheddar and tabbouleh. Another top seller across existing locations is the Bombay Chouli, featuring turkey, prosciutto, arugula, burrata, fig jam and a locally made Bombay chili crunch.
Aboujamra, who is Lebanese, incorporates influences from his heritage throughout the menu. He also names sandwiches after meaningful people or cultural references, a tradition carried over from other locations. Regional adjustments are expected based on Naples demand…
