California and Florida dominate a list of the most expensive home sales closed this year so far, according to Redfin, with coastal properties showing they are still the pride and joy of the luxury market.
On top of the list was a beachfront estate in Naples, Florida, which went for a whopping $133 million in April. The property at 2200 Gordon Dr., built in 1986, boasts six bedrooms, 14.5 bathrooms, three car garages, a private spa, and a spectacular view on the gulf.
