The Avenue is entering its next chapter in Naples. The developers of the upscale mixed-use development have announced the launch of phase two.
The announcement follows strong presales for the two- to four-bedroom homes in phase one, priced from under $3 million to $8 million.
The multimillion-dollar development will have 50 luxury condominiums, spread across four three-story buildings, with more than 75,000 square feet of commercial space underneath them, designed for restaurants, boutiques and “wellness concepts.”…
