NAPLES, FL — Heyday Cookshop is under construction at 4691 Tamiami Trl N, Naples, FL 34103, with partner Louie Mele telling Business Debut the team is aiming for a March or early April opening. The restaurant will be led by chef / partner Kayla Pfeiffer, a James Beard Award semifinalist who is partners with Mele at Bicyclette Cookshop in Naples.
What to Expect
The restaurant will accommodate about 180 guests between indoor and outdoor seating. Plans also include a bar area with roughly 10 to 25 seats.
Mele described the bar as a key feature of the space, with a late-night atmosphere built around a dedicated vinyl listening room. The team also plans to incorporate wall art sourced from different galleries, aligning with the concept’s focus on food, art and music.
Heyday is also planning a chef residency component, bringing in guest chefs from across the U.S. and abroad for special collaborations, timing and length to be determined based on individual schedules.
Menu and Vision
