Kiwanis Club of Marco Island recently honored Terrific Kids from the 4th grade at Tommie Barfield Elementary.
Terrific stands for Thoughtful, Enthusiastic, Respectful, Responsible, Inclusive, Friendly, Inquisitive and Capable. The teacher from each 4th grade class nominated the one student who best represents these qualities.
Mrs. Jewett states that her student, Isabella Shaughnessy, is a hardworking and reliable student whose scholastic ability is amazing. She has earned this through hard work and the conscious effort to do well. She is a member of the Student Light House, master of assemblies, WIG Leader and Lesson Lane Leader.
