The Business Observer is compiling its annual list of the top 50 contractors in the region and wants to hear from you. Does your company have one of the highest annual revenues in the area? What are some of your portfolio projects?
To make the Top 50 Contractors list, companies must be based in the Business Observer’s coverage area, from Polk County south through Collier County, from Lakeland to Tampa to Naples. Companies must be in some type of contracting field: electrical, general construction, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, plumbing and more.
Published annually in March, the issue ranks the top contractors in the region by revenue, amounting to a valuable who’s-who guide to the industry. The 2026 Top Contractors issue will include information about the most important projects companies started in 2025, in addition to the most notable projects in each company’s portfolio.
