1. SHAKE SHAKE: Ground opening Friday
Naples’ first Shake Shack is finally opening on Friday, Feb. 20, bringing crinkle cut fries, hand-spun shakes and classic burgers and chicken sandwiches to Mercato.
The Shake Shack development team announced the new Naples location in July 2025 and originally targeted to open the restaurant later that year.
