NAPLES, Fla. — A Texas woman who pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including theft of government money and aggravated identity theft, will spend more than five years in federal prison.
Kristin Kunstler, 43, deposited a U.S. Treasury check belonging to the victim on Jan. 2, 2025, and opened a bank account in the victim’s name at a bank branch in Naples.
