The Greater Naples Chamber’s seventh annual Youth Business Fair is scheduled 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, April 11 at Coastland Center Mall in Naples. Event organizers are accepting new vendors for the event, they said.
The Youth Business Fair is a one-day event where young entrepreneurs, from Cradle to Career, can showcase their businesses and sell their unique products to the public. The fair gives students, from kindergarten to 12th grade, as well as college-level participants, the opportunity to receive feedback on their business ideas, learn from other entrepreneurs, practice essential business skills and win prizes.
“Today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders in Southwest Florida,” said Kristina Park, president and CEO of the Greater Naples Chamber. “The Youth Business Fair helps students build real-world business skills, explore future career paths and connect with local business leaders.”
Young entrepreneurs have the chance to be recognized with awards such as by age group; Elementary, Middle, High School and University; by public judges will vote on the Most Original Idea, Highest Business Potential, Most Creative Presentation and Community Impact; and one winner could even get the chance to sell their product at Sunshine Ace Hardware with the Sunshine Award…
