Homes are selling fast inside Caymas — a new luxury, lakeside community in Naples that boasts 457 homes and numerous amenities.
The gated, resort-style community sold more than $50 million in residential real estate in the first two months of 2026, according to a release. The surge in sales coincides with last month’s grand opening of a state-of-the-art Sports Park, the release says, and even more amenities are set to open to the public later this year.
The 780-acre community is off Collier Boulevard, between Interstate 75 and U.S. 41. Its lakefront homes, built by Stock Luxury Homes and Pulte Homes, feature nature preserve views and the added allure of a large lifestyle campus centered on a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse opening this fall…
