The young talent already has quite the impressive resume, from winning Food Network’s “Chopped” in 2024, to becoming a James Beard semifinalist, to competing on yet another culinary challenge that aired on national TV in March. At its core, Heyday runs on a chef residency program designed to spotlight visiting chefs while simultaneously celebrating Southwest Florida’s seasonal ingredients. Pfeiffer has invited chefs from across the country to share their skills with locals in the form of limited menus that reflect not only the chefs themselves, but also their interpretation of Naples.
