COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — A man was arrested after a Collier County deputy reportedly caught him driving 100+ mph on the wrong side of the road near Oil Well Road and Artherex Commerce Drive.
At approximately 1:50 a.m. Sunday, a deputy saw a vehicle reach speeds of 115 mph and pursued it down Oil Well Rd.
