An Alabama man was recently taken into custody by Hendersonville police after a reported shoplifting attempt at Home Depot.
According to court records, police were summoned to the Hendersonville Home Depot on Thursday, May 22, after loss prevention staff at the store reported the presence of a man who had stolen several hundred dollars’ worth of tools a few days previously.
Staff also advised that the subject, identified as Kyle William Noftle, 26, of Florence, Ala., had a number of tools in a shopping cart and was pushing the cart out the front door without having paid. The value of the tools was later determined to be $3,776.74…
