Nashville honoring thousands of enslaved people buried at historic cemetery

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Nashville City Cemetery is the oldest public cemetery in Davidson County, and now the more than 4,000 enslaved people buried will receive a memorial.

Their names were gathered through Nashville cemetery internment books.
