Check out visible construction progress at new Nissan Stadium in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Construction on the new Nissan Stadium continues with visible progress on both exterior and interior elements in Nashville.

Here are the main updates:

  • The exterior LED board facing the new south plaza is now installed.
  • Structural supports for the new Titans shield logos are also in place.
  • Inside the stadium, most heavy structural work is complete, including brickwork, concrete and drywall.
  • Tiling in the locker room areas, Titans Family Room, and Cheer Lounge is finished. Crews are now moving to the Suite Level and restrooms throughout the stadium.
  • In the Suite Level, work on custom doors, trim, and molding is underway. Bookshelves, kitchen islands, and overhead shelves are also being put in to bring a premium experience for fans.
  • The new stadium will have double the amount of bathroom stalls as the current Nissan Stadium. All the plumbing work is underway for that and pipes on the upper level are 70% complete.
  • The top layer of cables is locked into place on the roof. The bottom layer will start going up next month.
  • 305 doors on three sides of the stadium are in place.

Next month, we expect an update on how the new Nissan Stadium will transform Nashville’s concert experience.

The stadium is still expected to open in February 2027. The project is over halfway finished…
