NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A First Alert Weather Day has been issued for Thursday for the chance of strong to severe storms in Middle Tennessee.
A series of shortwaves will develop ahead of a cold front that could bring some heavy downpours and gusty winds to our area. The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Slight Risk for areas north of I-40, including Nashville, which is a Level 2 out of 5 on the threat scale. Areas south of I-40 are under a Level 1 out of 5.
