Third arrest made in connection with May shooting in South Nashville, police say

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A third person has been arrested in connection with a May 15 shooting in South Nashville.

Bianca Ramos, 36, and her 16-year-old son have already been arrested in connection with the shooting.

Authorities said a 19-year-old was seriously injured after meeting up for a transaction of THC vape pens at the McMurray Manor Apartments parking lot. The meeting resulted in gunfire, and the 19-year-old was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, another one of Ramos’ sons, who is 18 years old, but was 17 at the time of the shooting, is being charged in Juvenile Court with two counts of attempted criminal homicide, robbery and the use of a gun in the commission of a dangerous felony…
