Here’s a list of Nashville restaurants that have closed in 2026

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – More than a dozen Nashville restaurants have closed in 2026, many of which have been operating in Music City for decades.

A business owner in 12 South told WSMV “external pressures” are what’s really getting local business owners to close up shop.

“The external pressures of parking and property taxes and just the general cost of business… at some point, it just comes to a situation where sometimes it’s better to just walk away,” said Jeremy Barlow, owner of Fryce Ice Cream…
