NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A total of 75 young women from across the Volunteer State spent last week competing for the titles of Miss Tennessee and Miss Tennessee’s Teen 2026, but on Saturday, the crowns went to two contestants representing the same city.
These participants gathered in Nashville to showcase their talents, community service initiatives (CSI), interview skills, fitness levels, and glamorous gowns at Belmont University’s Fisher Center.
Then, on Saturday, June 20, Miss Tennessee 2025 Zoe Scheiderich gave the coveted crown and sash to Miss Nashville Makalyn Heaslett.

This marks the fourth year in a row where a contestant representing Middle Tennessee — either a specific city or the general region — took home the crown for Miss Tennessee.
