Nashville Shores waterpark sold to out-of-state company for more than $12 million

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Middle Tennessee’s popular waterpark, Nashville Shores, has been sold.

Deed records show that Nashville Shores Holdings, LLC, has sold the attraction to EPR Parks Nashville for nearly $12.1 million. That sale, the deed shows, includes “all pools, slides, rides and attractions,” as part of the deal.

EPR Properties has $7.1 billion in investments encompassing 335 locations in 42 states and Canada, according to its website. In Nashville, the company owns the Margaritaville Hotel on 425 5th Avenue South, as well as TopGolf at 500 Cowan Street. It also owns the AMC Theatre at 633 Frazier Drive in Franklin and the Regal Street of Indian Lake theatre in Hendersonville…
