NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A woman is facing charges after police say she attacked a paramedic with a dirty needle and fought officers during her arrest.
An arrest record says officers responded Monday after an ambulance crew called for help, reporting they were in “serious danger.” Medics were transporting Jessica Woods for what appeared to be “excited delirium” when police say she attacked a paramedic.
Woods hit the paramedic and stabbed her with a dirty needle, police add. She is also accused of grabbing the victim’s hair and trying to bite her before running from the ambulance…
