NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A serial solicitor that FOX 17 News has been writing about for 10 years, is arrested again.
Paul Aniel is arrested in Nashville Sunday morning for soliciting on a controlled access highway. Police said he was in the roadway stopping traffic, telling motorists he needed gas money.
Police said Aniel is a chronic offender whose actions are a danger to himself and others on the road.
