NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Nashville drivers are among the most stressed in the country, according to a recent survey by Lemon Law Experts, and now the Tennessee Department of Transportation is asking those same drivers to help shape the future of one of the city’s busiest roadways.
TDOT has officially launched a Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) study for Nashville’s Inner Loop, a long-range planning effort that will evaluate transportation needs along the interstate loop surrounding downtown.
The study is designed to identify transportation challenges, gather public input and develop potential solutions before any future construction projects are considered.
