NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A piece of the Big Apple is coming to Nashville.
Levain Bakery, beloved in New York City for its sweet treats, has announced that it will open a location in Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood. Levain will be located at 2901 12th Avenue South, the former home of Burger UP, which announced its permanent closure last month after more than 15 years in business.
The women-founded Levain Bakery has been known for decades for creating classic cookies with crispy outsides and gooey insides. The Nashville location will provide these treats, as well as coffee and teas, pastries, artisanal breads, loaf cakes, sandwiches and seasonal offerings…
