CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A two-vehicle crash has shut down a portion of River Road in Ashland City, officials said.
According to Cheatham County Sheriff Tim Binkley, the crash took place in front of Teter’s Market on Wednesday, Aug. 19.
It remains unclear if any injuries were reported. Officials said the Tennessee Highway Patrol is leading an investigation into what caused the collision.
At the scene, Luke Scheffer, who works nearby, said he heard the crash, stating it sounded like “a transformer blew up.”…
