FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) – A suspicious-person call at a Middle Tennessee truck stop led to the arrest of an Arkansas man wanted in connection with an investigation involving suspected human remains, according to the Franklin Police Department.
Franklin officers responded Friday, Aug. 21, and identified the man as Rudy Ray, 56, of Trumann, Arkansas.
