NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A former Nashville night club is being sued for allegedly using models’ images to promote the business illegally.
According to a complaint filed in federal court, three Los Angeles models say Diamante Night Club has been using their images to promote the club without permission, even altering some of the images to make it appear as though the models “worked at, endorsed, or were otherwise associated with” the club.

Bringing the suit are Janey Guzman, Stephanie Rao, and Yodit Yemane — also known as Jodie Joe. They make claims of false association, false advertising, violation of the Tennessee Personal Rights Protection Act, violations of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act, unjust enrichment, defamation, and violations of the common law right of publicity, among others.
