TRUMANN, Ark. — A Tennessee man has been returned to Arkansas after waiving extradition and now faces multiple charges in a homicide investigation, according to police.
On Saturday, the Trumann Police Department announced that officers took custody of 56-year-old Rudy A. Ray in Franklin, Tennessee, on Aug. 28 and transported him back to Arkansas.
