NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — An 81-year-old man who went missing in West Tennessee has been found safe, TBI says.
A Silver Alert went out for Homor Billings on Aug. 29 after he disappeared, and things moved quickly when someone spotted his car near Reelfoot Lake.
