NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — HCA Healthcare, which owns and operates TriStar hospitals, is laying off a small percentage of positions.
The national healthcare provider cited rising costs, increases in uninsured patients and changing shifts in healthcare policy for the layoffs.
