CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – With the first three buildings now complete, Hamilton Development has started construction on the fourth and fifth buildings at NorthPark Logistics, a 12-building, 2.2 million-square-foot, master-planned Class A industrial park.

NorthPark Logistics is a 200-acre site at 4175 Guthrie Highway, with 14 spec buildings planned.
Up next at NorthPark: Buildings 3 and 4
Buildings 1, 2 and 5 on the site plan are complete. The next two buildings – 3 and 4 on the site plan – represent the final buildings of Phase One at NorthPark and are expected to be delivered by Q1 2027, according to the release.
Building 3 features 131,220 square feet of state-of-the-art space. Building 4 offers 74,196 square feet, divisible down to 18,144 square feet, with a 32-foot clear height and 88 car parks. Both buildings feature an ESFR sprinkler system with a common fire pump.
