NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A massive fire took over a roughly 10,000-square-foot home overnight.
Williamson County Fire and Rescue said Saturday that agencies responded to the place just after 2:30 a.m. Upon their arrival, firefighters said they found the rear portion of the Brentwood home “heavily involved in fire.” More than 45 firefighters from multiple agencies were called to the scene.
As of roughly 8:30 Saturday morning, crews were still working to get the fire under control “and conduct extensive overhaul operations,” Williamson County Fire said. Images shared by Williamson County Fire show bright orange flames, sparks and smoke filling the air above debris, although the extent of the damage has not been confirmed.
The occupants of the home were able to safely exit the home before firefighters arrived. Firefighters are expected to remain at the scene for several more hours…
