NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A coach at a Nashville high school has been placed on administrative leave as the district conducts an investigation.
The coach, whose name has not been confirmed to WSMV4 by Metro Nashville Public Schools, works at John Overton High School. The district told WSMV4 that the coach was placed on leave “to investigate allegations of unprofessional conduct.”
“Administrative leave is a routine standard operating practice for the district when there is a situation involving an employee that requires an investigation,” a spokesperson for the district said. “It does not indicate corrective or disciplinary actions by MNPS.”…
