MONROE COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) — A Tennessee murder suspect was taken into custody after a high-speed chase with Monroe County deputies ended in a crash early Tuesday morning.
According to the sheriff’s office, around 1:00 a.m., deputies attempted a traffic stop on a Nissan Maxima near mile marker 181 on I-75 south when the driver fled, prompting a pursuit.
