NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man wanted on outstanding warrants was arrested after officers found him with a stolen handgun, officials said
The Metro Nashville Police Department said Jaderius Terrell, 28, was taken into custody by TITANS Unit detectives along Gallatin Pike North on Monday, Sept. 14, after he tried to run and then resisted arrest.

Officials said Terrell was wanted for a domestic violence incident that took place in August, and was in possession of a stolen handgun at the time of his arrest. The gun was reportedly taken in March from a home on Oakwood Avenue during a domestic aggravated stalking incident, which Terrell was charged for, but the charges were later dismissed.
In addition to the stolen gun, authorities said they also recovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia from Terrell’s vehicle.

According to the MNPD, Terrell was charged with evading and resisting arrest, driving on a suspended license, misdemeanor and felony weapon possession, marijuana possession, theft of a firearm and drug paraphernalia, in addition to his outstanding warrants…
