NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Heat alerts are in effect this weekend for temperatures near 100° and feels like temperatures near 105°. It looks like we will finally see some relief this week!
The National Weather Service has most of our area under a heat advisory through Sunday evening. This is where feels like temperatures will reach 105°+.
There is also a low severe threat today for locations on the Cumberland Plateau. One or two storms may produce damaging wind gusts. Overall, not an impressive severe threat.
