CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A convicted felon is back behind bars following a physical confrontation with law enforcement in Cheatham County earlier this month.
According to an arrest affidavit, Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office personnel tried to pull over a white Chevrolet Malibu registered to 43-year-old Matthew Bratcher in August, but the vehicle continued into Davidson County. The Cheatham County deputy did not follow and instead issued a warrant for evading arrest.
