NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A historic Tennessee neighborhood is suing to protect its skyline from a towering new development along a scenic highway.
The Whitland Area Neighborhood Association filed the lawsuit Tuesday in Davidson County Chancery Court.
