New renderings offer a look at Ferra, a proposed seven-story development near First Horizon Park that would bring around 325 apartments, ground-level retail and a restaurant to Germantown.
Charlotte-based Proffitt Dixon Partners is targeting a second-quarter 2027 groundbreaking for the project at 1000 Second Ave. N., according to founding partner Stuart Proffitt. The developer expects completion in spring 2028.
Ferra would occupy the northern portion of the firm’s Second Avenue property, next to its Chamberlain House apartment development, which opened earlier this year.
