As Nashville continues to grow, one community development partnership focused on revitalization and preservation celebrated the completion of its first development. Elevate North Nashville Community Development Corporation (ENN CDC), in partnership with the historic House of God Church, completed a major milestone on October 30 with the completion of its first affordable housing development on Scovel Street.
Completed in less than one year following groundbreaking, the new income-based rental duplexes represent the first tangible step in a larger community-led redevelopment vision designed to address displacement, expand housing opportunities, and strengthen the economic future of North Nashville.
