NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) – A man who was out on bond was arrested Monday after he was found with stolen drugs and guns and had outstanding warrants. Police say detectives arrested 30-year-old Jonathon Spikner on 14 charges after he was seen engaging in a drug transaction on Thompson Place. He was in possession of several types of drugs and a stolen handgun.
